How to add a text in ellipse so that text can move along the ellipse for
skeelton joints in Kinect

I would like to add a text to ellipse so that the text moves along with
ellipse.There are 20 ellipses and I want to label them so that they move
along with ellipse. These Ellipse represent the joints in skeleton .
